At Turner Hat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here are the details of our return policy:

Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.

Timeframe:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Process:

- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exclusions:
- Hats that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for return.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom sized orders- Hats now run in sizes S-XL, if you request a specific size we cannot complete a return.
